Note Taking Spring Clean

I periodically clear out my Fleeting Inboxes and take a few other actions to keep § My note taking system in good shape:

Ensure there are no Untagged notes in Bear
Go through my fleeting inboxes and clear them up. This happens as part of Project Simplify.
Go through the topics section and make sure there are no empty topics.

Other ideas for weekly / regular habits:

Categorize all notes within Bear (Uncategorized and Scratchpad)
Do some tag tidy up. (New tags, adjusting naming, spotting accidental tags, changing icons).
Add notes from Notes app
Add notes from Day One app
Add quotes from Kindle Highlights
