Note taking system weekly routine
These are the activities I should try to do ideally weekly:
- Read through all journal entries from the past week
- Graduate any ones that feel substantial to Clippings or Topic Notes
- Read through all meeting notes for the past week
- Add links to Clippings notes of people, companies, products, etc.
- Add links to Topic Notes of related concepts that come to mind
- Import all Clippings from external inboxes
- Instagram Saved → Clippings
- LinkedIn Saved (no subfolders)
- 𝕏 Saved → Clippings
- Raindrop → Clippings
- Readwise → Books, Podcast Episodes, Book Highlights, Podcast Highlights
- Read through Clippings from the past week
- Make connections to Topic Notes or create new ones
