Truly driving the economy forward and improving a wider range of people’s lives comes through better organizations, more generous and equitable companies. Not individuals thriving alone.
The best small businesses are like creators-at-scale. The same benefits but shared among a close knit and highly performing team.
You cannot achieve diversity alone, and its key to producing better output (products, content, customer support experiences ).
We can serve creators and then help them grow into a team, and eventually a small business. We can encourage them to share and grow the pie, and have a broader positive impact.
