I recently re-read The Power of Full Engagement, a book I first read over a decade ago. When I read it in my twenties, it had a profound impact and led me to make some real changes. In the past few months, I found myself thinking about this book once again. It's all about energy management, and if any of this resonates for you, I recommend you take a look at it.

As a Founder CEO focused on running my company long-term (in November it'll be 15 years since I started) as a parent of young kids (4 year old and a 1 year old), I've recently had a renewed appreciation for just how important it is to manage my energy levels.
