Writing Focus Quit Apps

Writing Focus Quit Apps is an Application I created using Automator. It quits any apps that aren't helping me to write. The list is currently:

• Slack
• Zoom
• Superhuman

When I launch the Application, which

I used Raycast to set up to the hotkey ⌥ + shift + Q to launch this Application. That way I just hit the shortcut and it quits those apps and automatically switches me to Obsidian.
